The police command in Akwa Ibom State has arrested one pastor Solomon Ufot Oton from Mount Zion Light House for allegedly kidnapping and impregnating a teenage girl.
This was made public by Olatoye Durosinmi who is the The Commissioner of Police at the Command Headquarters in Uyo. According to the Commissioner, the pastor kidnapped the 16 year old girl identified as Okpo Eunice Kingsley from Oron LGA and kept her at his residence in Urueoffiong Oruko LGA for three days.
The girl revealed that during those days, the pastor had sexual intercourse with her which led to her getting pregnant and took her to a fake doctor for abortion which led to her paralysis.
News has it that the girl was taken to University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) for surgery and the victim confessed to his crime.
