Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa Declares Three-day Mourning Period For Akeredolu’s Death

Ondo State new Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa has declared a three day mourning period in respect to Late Rotimi Akeredolu who died after a long battle with prostate cancer (READ HERE)

This announcement was made public by a statement by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, in Akure on Wednesday. During the mourning period, fasting and prayers will be observed going further it was also announced that the national flags be flown at half-mast across the state for seven days, which will signify the somber mood.
