Olusegun Oluwole has been arrested by the Ogun State Police command for raping his 17 years old daughter in Ogun State.
The suspect who is 46 years old was arrested after the victim lodged a complaint at the Ibara Police station. According to her, her father grabbed her while she was asleep and had sex with her and threatened to kill her if she refused.
During interrogation, the father pleaded guilty ad asked for forgiveness saying that he doesn’t know what came over him.
The Commissioner of police, CP Lanre Bankole ordered the suspect to be transferred to state criminal investigation department for further investigation and prosecution while the victim has been taken to general hospital for medical treatment.
