
The federal government of Nigeria has taken back its order to vice chancellors and pro chancellors and other governing councils to reopen federal universities across the country.
The federal government had passed the order through the National Universities Commission and ordered the Vice chancellors, pro chancellors and chairmen of governing councils of federal universities to reopen.
In another circular, which was signed by the Director, finance and account of the NUC, Sam Onazi, the commission withdrew the order and the reason for the withdrawal wasn’t disclosed.
