El-Rufai has warned the residents of Kaduna state to abstain from street protest.
This was made known in a statement released on Sunday by Samuel Aruwan, who is the commissioner of internal security. The government also advised any individual or group who disagrees with the election result to make use of the legal instrument provided by the electoral act.
