The Chairman of the Bayelsa Environmental Sanitation Authority (BESA) identified as Tolu Amatu slumped in his house at Bay Bridge, Kpansia, Yenagoa on Sunday morning and died before getting to the hospital.
Investigation says that the politician complained of serious leg pains on Friday September 9, and took some medications to ease the pains. According to family, on September 10 he also complained of waist pain, the fily source also revealed that he went to his hotel opposite Otiotio road and paid his workers before heading back home.
He reportedly collapsed on Sunday and befyhe got to the hospital along Saptex road, he was pronounced dead.
