A Magistrate Court in the Yaba area of Lagos State has ordered for singer Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, and Balogun Eletu, alias Sam Larry, to be in police custody.
The Lagos State Police Command had approached the court for an order to remand the both of them for 30 days for the completion of their investigation into the controversial death of singer Mohbad.
The Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ordered that both of them be remanded for just 21 days.
