Leo Umana who is the Executive Director of the Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service (AKIRS) has taken to social media to advise the brotherhood about the type of ladies they come in contact with.
According to Leo, men should avoid any woman who doesn’t ask them for money or who doesn’t love money, reason being because it will make you poorer than she met you.
