FG’s Case Against ASUU Adjourned By Court

Court has Adjourned the case between the federal government and the Academic Staff Union of universities (ASUU) till September 16th.

Recall that the federal government approached the National Industrial Court (NICN) in Abuja and requested that the union resume while their demands are being met.

Justice Polycap Hamman while ruling the case on Monday September 12 Adjourned the case to enable both parties file the necessary documents for the suit
